Artificial intelligence is already transforming the hotel industry today. To support Swiss hotels in this development, HotellerieSuisse is launching a hands-on webinar series on the concrete use of AI in hotel operations. Between July and December 2025, five topic-specific webinars with experts will take place – with the goal of providing orientation, building knowledge, and promoting practical application.
Each webinar offers:
- Expert input from industry partners
- Q&A sessions for direct exchange
- Concrete, practice-oriented recommendations
- Free participation for everyone interested
