At the Lab Hotel of the Hotel Management School Thun, the latest innovations and ideas from students and industry representatives are implemented directly and tested with guests. This “Test & Learn” approach fits perfectly into the Hospitality Booster ecosystem: honest feedback improves services and processes and creates added value for guests and businesses.
The path from an idea to an implemented project is demanding and is best travelled together. As a core element of the Hospitality Booster, your idea enters a structured process, receives targeted support – including financial support with partner organisations where needed – and is shared with the community.
Our partner schools HF Thun, EHL and SSTH, as well as other educational institutions across Switzerland, offer opportunities for a wide range of research collaborations, including diploma and thesis projects.
