Are you interested in being part of our “Living Case” project in the Master’s program in Hospitality Management (MiHM) in Fall 2024?
In brief: The Living Case project is a mini-consulting package at no cost to the client! A team of 6-8 master’s students will work for 5-6 weeks on real strategic, structural, or HR challenges faced by hotels (from early November to mid-December 2024). The student teams are coached by five professors (with expertise in leadership, HR, project management, organizational design, and strategy) and deliver practical solutions (presentation and written report) to the client hotels. Please note that the entire project is conducted in English.
Participation is free, with two conditions:
- The student team should have the opportunity to visit the property for their fieldwork. Please note that it is up to the generosity of the client hotel to invite the team to accommodation, meals, etc., during their fieldwork. EHL covers the transportation costs.
- The client hotel should be present on our campus in Lausanne on the presentation day (December 16 or 17). On the presentation day, EHL will be happy to invite you to coffee breaks and lunch.
