Yet few have the time to tackle both themselves. Orpheo Hospitality takes care of both.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>Who they are<\/h3>\n<p>Orpheo Hospitality is a hospitality agency from EHL in Lausanne. They focus on independent 3- and 4-star hotels in Switzerland, taking on tasks that are important to hotel operations but often do not receive enough attention in the day-to-day running of the business.<\/p>\n<h3>What they are working on<\/h3>\n<p>They are already working with two hotels. For one property, they manage direct bookings to help reduce its reliance on major online travel agencies (OTAs). For the other, they bring energy and water consumption data together in one central place, rather than leaving it scattered across invoices and Excel spreadsheets.<\/p>\n<h3>How it works<\/h3>\n<p>Everything starts with a brief conversation to identify where support is needed most. Orpheo Hospitality then agrees with the hotel on which tasks they will take on\u2014one area or both\u2014and gets to work.<br \/>\nThe hotel stays in control at all times.
