At the same time, many hotels experience periods of lower occupancy despite having available infrastructure. This is where the idea of Frinbe comes in.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Frinbe is the idea of a digital platform through which hotels can provide their employees with access to Friends-and-Family rates from other participating hotels. In addition, employees would be able to make bookings directly through the platform.<\/p>\n<p>The digital platform is still only an idea. It originated from the desire to increase occupancy, particularly during weaker periods, by activating demand without changing the public pricing structure. At the same time, it can become an attractive, modern employee benefit that strengthens employer attractiveness and supports long-term employee retention.<\/p>\n<p>What makes the idea particularly appealing is that the onboarding process and the use of the platform could be made much simpler through automation compared with existing solutions: no new infrastructure is required, as the integration takes place either through existing systems (e.g. via a channel manager) or through a streamlined email workflow. Another particularly exciting aspect is that the increasing mobility of employees creates a growing need for benefits that can be used internationally. Therefore, the goal is to make the offers available beyond Switzerland (DACH region initially, and later internationally).<\/p>\n<p>We are particularly interested in knowing:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Would a digital Friends-and-Family \/ employee rate benefit be attractive to you?<\/li>\n<li>Which conditions would need to be met (e.g. verification, booking process, blackout dates, minimum length of stay)?<\/li>\n<li>How do you currently manage staff deals \u2013 and what would need to improve from your perspective?<\/li>\n<li>Would you be interested in participating as a pilot hotel and providing feedback (without any commitment)?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can share your feedback by answering these questions via <a href=\"mailto:hospitalitybooster@hotelleriesuisse.ch\">email<\/a>.
