We, as the HotellerieSuisse association, are strongly committed to supporting the industry on its way to minimizing its food waste. Our pilot project «Food Waste Benchmark» starts here beforehand, in contrast to extensive measurements that are costly in terms of personnel and money. The tool also shows you more detailed measures. Together with KITRO we have developed a functional and free online benchmarking tool. The cooperation with KITRO enables you to immediately classify your results, as existing data is already stored. Use the tool and contribute to minimizing food waste!
